QED Sponsors FMA's Legionella Guidelines Update Lunch

Facility Management Australia (FMA) presents "The Guidelines for Legionella control in the operation and maintenance of water distribution systems in health and aged care facilities", with keynote speaker Dr Vyt Garnys and others at an update lunch on March 28th, at 9:00 am.

Sponsored by QED and hosted by QED's Mark Graham, this seminar is ideal for health and aged care facility managers as well as other facility managers that want to increase their knowledge of managing legionella associated risk.

Dr Vyt Garnys is a recognized leader in understanding Legionella ecology and measures for its monitoring and control in potable water systems and cooling towers. Dr Garnys has written conference papers, articles (Hospital Engineer), broadly consulted and presented at conferences and seminars on the management of microbial water quality in healthcare facilities and joins several other presenters, as well as a panel of experts to discuss Legionella in the context of Facility Management responsibilities. QED's Sarah Bailey is also involved in the lunch panel discussions and question time.

For further information, please refer to the FMA website for the event located here.
